"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Thanks so much for letting us all enjoy your amazing design sheets for Legion of Superheroes. I loved that show, and specifically I loved your designs for that show. I always wished that you'd bring your amazing talents to the table and do an Imperial Guard animated series for Marvel in the great style you did for the Legion animated series. It would be a dream come true! Any chance you can post your design drawing for Tyr from the Legion animated series?
Oh my gosh, thank you so much for taking the time out to reply! It's an honor to get feedback from you, the projects you've worked on have been such a joy to watch. I especially love the "New Batman Adventures" episode "Legends of the Dark Knight. Your boards on that were some of the greatest I've ever seen, you perfectly captured the essence of that era. I can't imagine how much of a delight it was to illustrate such a prominent aspect of your childhood, but I'm sure it was nearly as pleasurable for me to watch. And, of course, when an entire show was developed around this concept, I was overjoyed, especially when Wally Wood's Robin design made an appearance and the majority of the Teen Titans guest-starred. You truly are a spawn of Sprang, if there ever was one.
I was just wondering if, at any point, you had plans of posting any of the Robin models from B:TBATB. I've asked around, and heard that you're the guy to go to if I want to find them. If not, I totally understand.
Thanks for sharing your gift with the world, great stuff!
Hi Daniel, Id have to dig around and look for those...a lot of the old shows we work on get boxed up and I have over 15 yrs of drawings in my office that I'd have to search through, but I will post any Robin drawings I find when i get the chance!
